Nedra's patterns are
suitable for woodburning pyrography, pencil drawing, painting and many other crafts.
The actual patterns are all hand-drawn, not computer generated.
Nedra was
asked by Wildwood Designs to create patterns of her woodburnings
for them. Wildwood has bought the rights to those patterns, but
Nedra will be ordering them from Wildwood for sale on our website.
As new patterns become available, we will be adding them to our website so you
can purchase them here. All patterns listed as new are not in the
Pyrography Patterns book but will eventually be included in a new book.
All patterns ordered
from us will include a print of the original burning or drawing for use as a
reference along with the line drawing.

1. Our Patterns are for end use by
hobbyists and craftsmen only.
2. Hobbyists and craftsman may sell their
finished Items or finished projects that use our patterns.

is not authorized without expressed written consent. Those wishing to use
our patterns for any commercial use must

4. Our patterns may not be copied and used
as patterns in class projects by anyone without express written consent by the artist. Those wishing to
use our patterns for use as classroom projects you must

5. When you buy one of our patterns, you
are purchasing the right to use our patterns within the guidelines of this
copyright statement, you do not acquire any copyright, ownership, license or any
equivalent rights in or to any Pattern whatsoever. We reserve and retain
all rights and full ownership of our patterns.
6. Our patterns are fully copyrighted and
may not be, in part or in whole be distributed, redistributed, published,
republished, copied, reproduced, altered or modified and sold or otherwise made
available to others in any form for any purposes as patterns or designs of any
sort, or for any purposes whatsoever.
7. Additionally, our patterns may not be
used in part or in whole as a piece, part or component of any assemblage
including kits, craft kits, class project kits, instruction manuals, assortments,
software, collections, brochures, pamphlets, books, magazines, leaflets that are
sold or otherwise made available to others.
8. This web site and all patterns and all
content are fully and completely protected by International copyright law and
may not be, in part or in whole reproduced, copied, used in any manner
whatsoever. Nor appear or be used on any web site without the express
written consent of the owner.
The subject of copyright may not sound
important but it is THE most important thing you need to know BEFORE you
start burning. Unless you are using your own original design you must
know a bit about copyright law. Once an artist creates a piece of art
(no matter what it is) they own the rights to it. Once someone creates
a pattern they own the rights to it. The same goes for written
material, photographs, etc. If it's on the internet it's protected by
copyright law. Even if it's not registered and even if it's in public
domain.
Remember the saying
"IMITATION IS THE SINCEREST FORM OF FLATTERY".
Well it is usually said ironically when someone tries to gain attention by
copying someone else's original ideas and in the case of art, etc it is not
a form a flattery and in most cases people will not be flattered when you
copy their original ideas.
Anything copyrighted may not
be shared or passed on to others without written permission. Even if you do not intend to
sell it or give it
away, if you used copyrighted material you must get written permission.

Shipping Information
We try to ship all orders
out within 24 hours. If we are at a show, we can usually ship most orders
within a few days. If there will be a delay in shipping we will let you
know. Shipping charges are calculated upon checkout. Most orders are
shipped FedEx Ground and require a physical address. Smaller packages
such as patterns, pens and books may ship via USPS.
The price for Nedra's books and
patterns includes shipping and when patterns/books are ordered by themselves
they are shipped media mail.
